You know we like it,
but what does the
community have to say?

“To be based in Castlefield is great, it’s a superb location. There’s a tram stop right across the road. There’s shops and bars, it’s a great place... The community in the building is great, the people on the front desk are dead friendly. When we moved in, they said ‘welcome to the Castlefield family’ and you really do get that impression”

Who wants to
speak to property
management?

Answer – nobody! If there’s an issue, why not speak to the people who own, restored and manage the building? (Us!).

We’re a hands-on landlord where we’re needed and have a great team who are based on-site and ready to help.

The area.

If you already know Manchester, then you’ll know how picturesque and calm Castlefield is, whilst oddly also being very central.

The term “urban oasis” gets bandied about, but we couldn’t find a phrase more suitable!

The local independents.

The area isn’t just great because of the history and the views but it also has a bustling community of award-winning restaurants and bars. We loved it so much that we even opened our own Albert’s Shed and Dukes 92.

With canalside beer gardens in abundance and some of the city’s finest food, Castlefield is one of the best places to eat and drink in Manchester (and even more so in the summer).
